This puppy is guaranteed to be in good health at the time of sale and free from visible signs of infectious, contagious or communicable diseases. Your puppy is up to date with shots and worming. Next vaccination due on_________________, NO BATH FOR 10 DAYS TO LET MICROCHIP SITE HEAL.
Do not give any shots until the due date stated on health record or this guarantee will become null and void. This is to prevent over-vaccinating your puppy which can cause additional illness and possible death.
SPECIAL NOTE TO YOUR VET: This breed has been known to have major reactions to Lepto. If Lepto is needed in your area, give separately after 16 weeks of age. We also recommend giving the proper dose of Benadryl prior to vaccine. We are only stressing this due to the health and welfare of our poodles. THIS CONTRACT IS MADE FOR THE BENEFIT AND PROTECTION OF BOTH THE BUYER AND SELLER. So long as the purchaser has followed through with timely and proper immunizations, rabies and worming, has keep all records of this, Has Not abused this baby. I offer a 5 YEAR GUARANTEE from date of birth as long as the puppy is kept on LA puppy for a year then moved to the next stage of LA that fits there nutritional needs IF NOT KEPT ON LA I only provide a 1 YEAR GUARANTEE.
A veterinary finding of any intestinal or external parasites shall not be grounds for declaring this puppy unfit for purchase. I guarantee the puppy to be free from life-threatening congenital defects for 5 year from the date of birth. Should there be a problem, Lady D's Oodles of Poodles veterinarian will interpret the report and if he concurs, then a replacement puppy will be exchanged for the original puppy, along with registration and medical records. THERE WILL BE NO CASH REFUNDS. Lady D's Oodles of Poodles offers replacement puppy only. Lady D's Oodles of Poodles must be notified of the onset of the problem, in writing, with a report from the veterinarian. If the puppy is proven to have a congenital defect within one year and is returned to the breeder, all shipping charges are the responsibility of the purchaser. Lady D's Oodles of Poodles will pay for the shipping on the replacement puppy. All vet charges incurred by the purchaser, are the sole responsibility of the purchaser and will under no circumstances be paid by Lady D's Oodles of Poodles. No replacement puppy will be given if the puppy has been euthanized without the breeder's permission. Replacement puppy will be mutually agreed by both parties. It is understood that the replacement puppy may not be of the same exact parents of the original puppy. There are certain disorders that may be caused by environmental factors for example: allergies, thyroid dysfunction, hypoglycemia, démodé tic mange, and other autoimmune disorders that are not covered in the guarantee. This puppy is not guaranteed to be show quality. Puppy is sold on a limited registration. This puppy can NOT be registered with ANY kennel club and be used for breeding. Buyer understands that this dog can not be bred, and is to be spayed/neutered at proper age 10-12 Months of age or Guarantee is Null and Void. I do guarantee that your puppy has been loved and cherished for its short term stay with us here at Lady D's Oodles of Poodles, and hope that you as the purchaser will love and cherish him or her for many years to come.
