Thank you for your interest in one of my precious Poodle puppies. I screen all perspective new families and require the questionaire be completed. 

$250.00 Deposit is required to hold a puppy and are non-refundable it will be     applied to the total purchase price of your puppy.

   The remaining balance is due when the puppy is 8 weeks old.

I require the puppy/dog be returned to me - at any age - if you are unable to care for the dog. I never want one of my puppies/dogs to end up in a shelter/puppy mill or somewhere he/she's not wanted.  I will work with you to find the perfect family for the puppy/dog, I would like to know if the dog has to be re-homed. Do you agree to notify Lady D's Oodles of Poodles first if you can no longer keep your Poodle?
